Tiger’s Curse by Colleen Houck has all the elements of a great story: love, adventure, bravery, surprises, interesting characters. Middle schooler Sara S. recommended I read it, and I am glad I did!
Kelsey takes a 2 week job at a circus and ends up helping take care of a tiger. A gentleman buys the tiger from the circus and asks her to help transport the tiger to India. She is the only one who can break a 300 year old curse. And as she courageously accepts the challenge, she finds love and life-threatening adventure.
